Every teacher an anti-racist educator.

We are a grassroots movement that believe that each individual holds responsibility to end racism. As educators we must be held to account for the role our education system reinforces systemic racism and colonial ideologies. By addressing the bias in our education we can educate the next generation creating a society that is open minded and reflective. Education is the greatest weapon we have to change the world and it’s time we as educators took our shot!

We have created this platform for educators to collaborate, share resources and come together for one purpose: to end systemic racism in the UK school system.

As Ofsted gears up to use a new framework with a broadened curriculum being a top priority, schools are now in the space to implement history topics that speak to all children. It’s great that people are now pushing for a “decolonised” curriculum and the inclusion of black history, but ending systemic racism in the British education system requires more.

Reforming Education for Everybody

After a combined 26 years of teaching in inner London and international schools, we created this framework to support all levels of Educators in developing a clear Anti-Racist pedagogy and cultural change in their school setting.

Reforming education for a better future for all!
